Why should I sign up for My Account?
Cunard My Account offers a whole host of benefits. If you log in to My Account when booking a voyage, the lead guest's details will automatically be filled in on the booking form and you'll see any FCC (Future Cruise Credit) linked to your account applied to your booking. You can also use My Account to tell us how and when you would like to hear from Cunard, so we can keep you updated on our news, exclusive offers and new voyages.
When I try to add my Cunard World Club (CWC) number, it says it is invalid. Why is it not accepting my number?
Please ensure that your number has been inputted correctly. Your Cunard World Club membership number can be found on your booking confirmation and is also often included in emails that we send you.
There should be no spaces, and your number should consist of 9 or 10 digits and may have a letter at the end.
Also, check that your first name, last name and date of birth match what is on your passport.

I have a Cunard World Club number but did not enter it when registering for an account. When I log in, I notice a new World Club number that does not match my current one. Have I lost my loyalty status?
No, you have not lost your loyalty status. We still have a record of your loyalty status with the correct World Club number. We are in the process of resolving this issue. Please call our Customer Service team on 13 24 41 (AU) or 0800 543 431 (NZ) if this happens to you so we can connect your account with the correct World Club number.
