  • Q:
    Is it possible to amend or cancel my on board spa appointment or spa package?
    A:

    Please note, Spa treatments are currently only available to book once you're onboard. Please contact Spa Reception onboard to make a booking.

    While on board.

    Spa treatments and services may also be amended or cancelled while you are on board. However, a penalty charge may be applied for cancellations made at this late stage, as follows:

     

    There is no charge for Spa cancellations that we receive six hours before your scheduled spa appointment, and three hours before your scheduled salon appointment. After these times you will be charged the full service fee for any cancellations.

    As these timings and charges are subject to change, please enquire when booking.

    Which spa and salon facilities are available during my Cunard voyage?
    A:

    On board Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth:

     

     

    We are delighted to introduce  a holistic wellness and beauty experience, exclusive to Cunard. Combining Cunard’s expertise in luxury ocean travel, with a full range of bespoke and exclusive spa, beauty, and fitness services.  

    Facilities include:

    ·         An indulgent thermal area that offers a variety of heated rooms, including saunas, steam rooms, experience showers, heated beds, and hydro pools.

    ·         A tranquil Dry Relaxation Room.

    ·         Comfortable, fully-equipped spa treatment rooms, including a couples’ room.

    ·         A luxurious full-service Salon with a wide range of hair and nail services.

    ·         A state-of-the-art gym with cardio and weight machines, plus a full range of studio classes. Personal Trainers are also available to help you achieve your goals.

    On board Queen Mary 2:

     

    Enjoy the ultimate in pampering and wellness in the exquisite Spa on board. Indulge in massages, treatments, and facials, and choose from a range of a classic treatments from a Massage and Rasul Ceremony, to an exotic Ayurvedic or Thai treatment.

    Spa Passes.

    Spa passes can be purchased at the spa reception desk when you board your ship. Unfortunately, passes are not available to book prior to your voyage.

     

    Queen Mary 2's Spa PASSPORT.

    Includes use of the Aqua Therapy Centre, which comprises a whirlpool, aqua therapy pool with chaise lounge, neck and back jet massage, cascading waterfall shower, reflexology basins, sensory showers, Finnish sauna, aromatic steam room, herbal sauna, and ice fountain. Bathing suit required.

    3 days – $75
    6 days (Transatlantic crossings) – $105

     

    A Spa Passport is complimentary on the day of any Health & Wellness, Massage, Body, or Skin Care treatment.

     

    Queen Victoria's and Queen Elizabeth's Spa Day Pass.

    1 day – $35
    3 days – $70
    5 days – $120
    10 days – $190
    20 days – $285

    These Spa Day Passes are valid for any day and can be used as many times as desired on that day. Stop by before breakfast, after lunch, or before the evening entertainment – you can use it any time, provided it’s within the same calendar day.

    What are the spa opening hours?

    Fitness Centre Hours: 6.00am – 8.00pm
    Treatment Centre Hours: 8.00am – 8.00pm
    Aqua Therapy Centre Hours: 8.00am – 8.00pm
    Embarkation day: 12.00pm – 8.00pm

     

    Queen Elizabeth & Queen Victoria

    8.00am – 8.00pm on Sea Days
    8.00am – 10.00pm on Port Days

  • Q:
    If I use a wheelchair, are there any limitations to the spa services available to me?
    A:

    Queen Elizabeth

    Fitness Classes: We are unable to offer fitness classes to guests confined to a wheelchair or to those with restricted vision. 
    Access to the Thermal Suite: We are unable to offer access to the Thermal Suite to guests confined to a wheelchair or who use service animals.
    Salon treatments: Most of our salon treatment, hair services, and manicures are available, as you will be able to move in your wheelchair in this area. Pedicures would not be able to be performed if you cannot move from your wheelchair.
    Spa treatments: Reflexology can be enjoyed, as you may remain seated in your wheelchair for the treatment. 

    Please note that for guests confined to a wheelchair, unfortunately it is not possible to provide assistance to you for getting onto the treatment room beds. However, you are welcome to bring a carer with you for assistance.

     

    Queen Mary 2

     

    Fitness Classes: We are unable to offer fitness classes to guests confined to a wheelchair or to those with restricted vision. 
    Access to the Aqua therapy suite: Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide assistance for getting onto the loungers in the Retreat, if you are confined to a wheelchair. However, if you have a carer, they would be granted free access to the Retreat when accompanying a wheelchair confined guest, who has purchased a spa package. Your carer would not be eligible to enjoy the benefits of the package.
    Access to the Aqua therapy Pool: A pool ADA hoist is available and the spa attendants are fully trained in using the hoist to assist guests.
    The Spa: The spa treatment rooms and salon facilities are available for wheelchair users.

     

    Queen Victoria

     

    Fitness Classes: We are unable to offer fitness classes to guests confined to a wheelchair or to those with restricted vision. 
    The Spa: There is disabled access to the rooms, changing rooms, and Thermal suite. There is a disabled toilet and the showers have seats. Unfortunately, there is no access to the Hydrapool, as a hoist system is not available.
    Salon treatments: Most of our salon treatments, hair services, and manicures are available, as you will be able to move in your wheelchair in this area, and we can adapt most of the treatments to suit you.
    Gym: There is disabled access to the rooms. There is a disabled toilet and the changing rooms and showers all have seats in them.

    Can I add spa treatments to my wedding booking?
    A:

    Please note, Spa treatments are currently only available to book once you're onboard. Please contact Spa Reception onboard to make a booking.. If you would like to pre book your treatments once you have embarked please contact  our spa reception directly onboard.

    Does Cunard have a gym on board their ships?
    A:

    Yes. Our gymnasiums are open to all of our guests and they are fully equipped with all the latest Technogym equipment, as well as most of the equipment items you would find in your local gym or sports centre. Our gyms are staffed by trained fitness instructors who are always on hand to give guidance where needed. Personal Trainers are also available to tailor bespoke fitness programmes for you, to help you reach your fitness goals.

    How do I book spa treatments and services online?
    A:

    At this time, it is not possible to book your spa treatments or services online via My Cunard. Spa treatments are currently only available to book once you're onboard. Please contact Spa Reception onboard to make a booking.

    What products are used on board in the spa and salon?
    A:

    As you would expect, our spas and salons only use the most lavish of beauty products to keep you looking and feeling your best.

    The products utilised in our spas include:

    ·         Luzern

     

    The products utilised in our salons include:

    After your appointment is complete you have the option of continuing the benefits of your treatment – as all of these products are available for purchase.

    Can I bring my child to the spa/gym?
    A:

    We offer salon services for children over the age of 13 when accompanied by an adult. Gym may only be used by persons over the age of 16 when accompanied by an adult.
